Events
The house and grounds may be rented for events by the hour. Hours must be rented to accommodate set-up, event time, and clean-up. Use of both the house and grounds is included.
Bleak House can host events for up to 200 guests if both the inside of the house and patio are used. We can accommodate between 75-100 guests seated at one time.
The spacious gardens offer room for up to 350 guests.
Custom event layouts are created and logistical details are handled with the help of our coordinator (included) to suit your unique event. Our coordinator will also assist you with rental orders, vendor referrals, and event coordination.
A traffic/security officer is available for events to help with parking and security. Plentiful parking is available onsite.

Photo Shoots
The house and grounds may be used by the hour for photo shoots of any kind. These photo shoots are allowed by appointment only. Changing rooms are available onsite, and our coordinator will be present to hostess each shoot.

Photo shoots for Bleak House brides are free and by appointment.
